MWH Constructors Names New Vice Presidents

MWH Constructors is pleased to announce that seven employees have been elected to the position of vice president. They are recognized for the outstanding leadership and value that each one brings to the MWH Constructors team, and their dedication to delivering quality construction and efficient processes to our clients. We are consistently ranked amongst the top construction and construction management firms and this is a direct result of our industry-leading, client-focused professionals.

Baar_David_REVDavid Baar, vice president, design delivery manager – Baar is a design project manager with more than 30 years of consulting engineering experience in the planning, design and construction of civil and environmental engineering projects. He has been with MWH for 17 years in various positions,, playing a key role in the City of Cape Coral Facility/Utility Expansion program. He has his master’s degree in engineering and bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Central Florida. Baar is based in Broomfield, Colo.

????????????????????????????????????Dean Breaux, vice president, chief estimator – Breaux has 40 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily with water and wastewater treatment facilities and currently leads the Tampa-based project estimating team. His experience encompasses all levels of responsibility from field engineer to vice president. Breaux emphasizes value-added activities that provide faster and more efficient project delivery, working closely with the engineering and project teams to develop accurate guaranteed maximum price for projects. Breaux attended Louisiana State University. He is based in Tampa, Fla.

Campbell_David_REVDavid Campbell, vice president, regional operations manager – Campbell has more than 28 years of experience in all phases of heavy and industrial construction projects and spent the last two years with MWH Constructors. As regional operations manager for the company’s Rocky Mountain region, Campbell is responsible for delivering projects safely while upholding high standards of quality and client service. He currently is responsible for overall management of four of the company’s current construction projects. Campbell earned a bachelor’s degree in geophysical engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and attended the project manager academy at Clemson University. He is based in Broomfield, Colo.

Goettlich_Frank_REVFrank Goettlich, vice president, safety director – Goettlich is a proven leader with more than 21 years of experience in the public and private sectors of construction and project management. He offers a broad background of construction experience covering a multitude of projects involving water and wastewater, airport and heavy highway construction along with a variety of other civil and environmental projects. Goettlich earned a master’s degree in library and information science from the University of North Texas and his bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from Montana State University. He is based in Broomfield, Colo.

GormanSmith Faithe-2012Faithe Gorman-Smith, vice president, director of marketing and communications – Gorman-Smith has 20 years of marketing and communications experience in the engineering and construction industry, with 12 at MWH Global. As director of marketing and communications, she is responsible for the creation and execution of all marketing and company communications to support and increase business and brand awareness for MWH Constructors. Prior to her current role, she operated for almost eight years as the global communications manager for MWH, establishing processes, communications and brand standards for global shareholders and external communication plans. Gorman-Smith earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix. She is based in Broomfield, Colo.

Pile_ChrisChris Pile, vice president, deputy joint venture manager – Pile has more than 20 years of experience in project development and program management of infrastructure projects and capital works programs. Before joining MWH Constructors in 2014, Pile operated for almost 10 years in a specialist team charged with leading and delivering the most significant projects MWH engaged in, including the management of joint venture companies and projects. Pile has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand and currently operates out of Hillsboro, Oregon.

Sepulveda_Kirk_REVKirk Sepulveda, vice president, project manager – Sepulveda has 23 years of experience directing a wide range of construction project operations including conceptual plan and specification estimating, contract negotiations, budget development and controls, schedules and project close-outs. He managed self-performance teams in excess of $40 million on the successful Pima County Tres Rios Wastewater Reclamation Facility project. Sepulveda has his master’s degree in project management from the University of Wisconsin and is based in Broomfield, Colo.
