Congratulations to our Newest National Representatives!

We are thrilled to announce that two staff members from the MWH Fiji branch in Suva have qualified for the Pacific Games, that will be held from the 4th to the 18th of July in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

Faiyum Khan, who recently graduated with honours as a Civil Engineer from the Fiji National University qualified for the pistol shooting event, while Susan Vocea, the Senior Environmental Leader at MWH and participant in Leadership Fiji – an MWH sponsored programme that helps develop the new generation of Fiji leaders – qualified for Fiji’s paddling team.

Both Faiyum and Susan have been active members of their sporting fraternities and their selection at the Games is the icing on the cake for their respective sports careers.

The selections have not gone unnoticed by the staff in the Suva office, with the team getting together recently for a fundraising drive to support the athletes. The duo are set to leave Fiji soon to continue their preparation in PNG in the lead up to their events.

We wish Faiyum and Susan all the best!
