Water Treatment Plant No.4 Wins AGC Award

Austin Water Treatment Plant No. 4 (WTP4) has been selected as the winner of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) 2016 Alliant Build America Award, in the Utility Infrastructure New category.
The Alliant Build America awards honor AGC members who build the nation’s most impressive construction projects ranging across the building, highway and transportation, utility infrastructure, and federal and heavy divisions.
Joseph Sesil, Stephen Fox, and Jeffrey Haasch of MWH Constructors and Robyn Smith from the City of Austin accepted the award. The AGC President Charles L. Greco and representatives from Alliant Insurance Services Inc. presented this award during AGC’s 97th Annual Convention at the Alliant Build America Awards Luncheon in San Antonio, Texas. Award winners were also honored that night at AGC’s second annual Celebrate Construction Night.
