Women in Construction Week | Katherine Caballer

For Women in Construction Week, we are excited to highlight a few of the women that are helping MWH in building a better world.

Today we are featuring Katherine Caballer, a talented Scheduling Manager who has been with MWH for 11 years. She has overseen scheduling on many of our major projects including the Trinity River Authority Phase III-B Solids Improvement Project in Dallas, the Biosolids Digester Facilities Project in San Francisco, the Bull Run Filtration Plant Project in Portland and more.

When asked what she enjoys most about her work, her response was:

“The people. I work with some of the best people in the industry. We all strive for excellence, and I’m constantly challenged to elevate my game to ensure I provide the best to each project team.

Sometimes people say scheduling is hard and complicated. I say there is enjoyment in detailing the work and seeing the schedule brought to life through the complex sequence”.
